Fitness advice you can actually trust.

Hitt Fitness was built on a simple frustration: nearly every fitness app hands you confident-sounding numbers with no idea where they came from. We do the opposite — we show our work.

The problem we set out to fix

Open most nutrition apps and you'll get a protein target, a calorie goal, and a supplement recommendation — all delivered with total confidence and zero sourcing. Some of those numbers are backed by decades of research. Others are marketing. You can't tell which, and that's by design.

We think that's backwards. The numbers that shape your health deserve a citation, or at least an honest admission when one doesn't exist.

Our promise: every target in Hitt Fitness is labeled either peer-reviewed evidence or honestly called convention. We never fabricate a citation, and when the research is thin, we say so.

How we think about privacy

Your data is yours. Label scanning runs on-device, your logs are stored locally, and we never pull from Apple Health unless you explicitly import it. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

A note on scope

Hitt Fitness is a wellness and fitness tool — not a medical device. We help you understand and act on your numbers, but we're not a substitute for a doctor. Always loop in a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
