1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Hitt Fitness ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Hitt Fitness is a wellness and fitness tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Targets, lab interpretations, and supplement ratings are educational. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, training, supplements, or health, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Evidence labeling

We label each target as peer-reviewed evidence or convention, and rate supplements by evidence strength, to be transparent about our sources. These labels reflect our reasonable interpretation of available research at the time and may change as the science evolves. They are not guarantees of any outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content, and its branding are owned by Hitt Fitness and protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond ordinary use of the app.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hitt Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its outputs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above.
