Your health data is some of the most personal data there is. Here's exactly how Hitt Fitness handles it.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Hitt Fitness is designed to keep your information local wherever possible:
When you choose to import labs and body data, Hitt Fitness reads selected values from Apple Health and Health Records (such as lipids, glucose, body composition, blood pressure, vitamins, hormones, and inflammation markers). This only happens when you explicitly initiate an import, and you can revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app or Settings.
We request read access only. See the Apple Health setup guide for details.
If enabled, we may collect limited, aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics to fix crashes and improve the app. You can opt out in Settings. Any such data is never used to identify you.
Because your data is stored locally, you control it directly. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. You can also revoke Apple Health access at any time. To ask a question about your data, contact us below.
Hitt Fitness is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
